Before they started I told them that for the last 10 years I have poured my heart and soul into my plants and garden. I asked them to think of every plant and flower as if they were their wives or girlfriends heart. I am glad they didn't walk off the job! I also want to humbly share a mistake I made. Trying to save some money, I accepted a bid from another contractor. After trying to cancel the scheduled date for removal, I stated that I had the feeling they didn't really want to do this job. The man repled to be brutally honest he did not. I wonder why he gave me a bid in the first place? Anyway, good lesson for me to learn, better to go with the tried and true rather a cheaper unknown. The tree crew did a great job on taking down the tree. Not a branch hit the roof. On a score of 10, they got a 15.

I was impressed by the attention to safety, with the tree cutter always harnessed and every large limb tied and lowered to the ground. This tree was very dry and brittle and every climb had to be done with extra caution. You can be very proud of your work. Thanks for a job well done.
